Thera Band Tubing Training Band - Skills & Drills. These tubing bands are manufactured by Thera bands, ensuring they are made from the best quality material.

These bands come in a meter length, simply tie a knot at the required length and you are good to go.

Please note this product contains natural rubber latex.

Resistance tubes:

Yellow tube: giving a “draw weight” of about 8lbs at 28 inches which is ideal for developing/changing technique.
Green tube: giving a “draw weight” of about 12 lbs at 28 inches. This is more suited for maintaining technique when there is no access to a bow.
Grey tube: giving a “draw weight” of about 28lbs at 28 inches
